UK update to Subclass 482 LMT Exemptions

The UK Free Trade Agreement (UKFTA) came into effect on 31 May 2023.

The agreement removes the Labour Market Testing (LMT) requirement for UK passports applying for a Subclass 482 TSS visa.

This exemption streamlines the visa process, making it easier and faster for Australian employers to employ and sponsor UK nationals.
