Subclass 191 Visa
The Regional Provisional stream of the Permanent Residence (Skilled Regional) visa offers eligible holders of the Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) (subclass 491) visa and the Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional (Provisional) (subclass 494) visa a pathway to permanent residence. It serves as the means for these individuals to obtain permanent residency.
It is important to note that no minimum income requirement is specified for the Permanent Residence (Skilled Regional) visa (subclass 191). Currently, there is no legislative instrument in place that establishes a minimum income threshold for this particular visa.
For primary applicants, it is mandatory to provide notices of assessment issued by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) for three income years out of the five years of their eligible visa.
