State and Territory Nomination Update

The migration program operates on an annual basis, from 1 July to 30 June. During this period, States and Territories are assigned quotas for the Subclass 190 and Subclass 491 visa programs, enabling them to nominate applicants. However, please note that some programs have already closed for the current migration program year.

The Victorian state nomination program is temporarily closed for new Registrations of Interest until the 2023-2024 program commences.

The South Australian state nomination program ceased accepting new applications on 8 June 2023.

Meanwhile, the state nomination programs of other states and territories are presently open.
