NSW State Sponsorship

NSW have released their occupation list for state sponsorship for the Subclass 190 and 491 visa program. The occupation list for NSW is as per the ANZSCO occupation group, rather than listing the specific occupations.

For the 2022/2023 program, NSW has introduced a minimum point score and skilled work experience requirement for each ANZSCO unit group included in their occupation list.

To be eligible for NSW nomination, you must meet the minimum point score and the minimum years of work experience in your occupation’s ANZSCO unit group.

Being invited by NSW will be extremely competitive again this year.

Invitation rounds occur ongoing throughout the financial year. There are no set dates, and rounds are not announced beforehand.
