Mobility Arrangement for Talented Early -professionals Scheme (MATES)
The Mobility Arrangement for Talented Early-professionals Scheme (MATES) is a fresh initiative a new scheme born out of Migration And Mobility Partnership Arrangeement (MMPA). Once the program commences, it will enable Indian university graduates and early career professionals to live and work in Australia for up to 2 years.
There will be 3000 places for primary applicants per program year. The commencement date for the program is not yet known.
Eligibility Criteria:
MATES is accessible to Indian nationals who meet the following criteria:
They are 30 years old or younger at the time of application.
They haven't previously participated in the MATES program.
They demonstrate proficient English language skills, evidenced by an overall IELTS or equivalent score of at least 6, with a minimum score of 5 for each of the four sections.
They have graduated from an eligible educational institution within the last two years from the time of application.
They hold a qualification (Bachelor’s degree or higher) in any of the following fields:
Renewable energy
Mining
Engineering
Information Communications Technology (ICT)
Artificial intelligence (AI)
Financial technology (FinTech
Agricultural technology (AgriTech).
