Children of 444 Visa Holders

From 1 July 2023, any child born in Australia on or after 1 July 2022, to a 444 visa holder may automatically acquire Australian citizenship at birth.

From 1 July 2023, any child born in Australia on or after 1 July 2022, to a SCV holder may automatically acquire Australian citizenship at birth.
